Anton Savage has presented TV and Radio Shows including Ireland AM, The Seven O’Clock Show, The Last Word, The Tubridy Show, and the Ray D’Arcy show. He has hosted The Sunday Business Show, Savage Ireland AM’s opening Current Affairs hour, Savage Sunday, The Anton Savage Show and The Apprentice You’re fired.
Anton has written for publications including the Irish Independent, The Examiner, The Mail and Mail on Sunday and he has been a columnist for both The Sunday Independent and Herald. His first book Spin and Win – how Irish politicians get elected was published in 2007 to positive reviews.
Anton is Managing Director of The Communications Clinic, one of Ireland’s leading communications training and advisory companies which he co-founded in 2008, having served in a number of senior management roles prior to that. Anton is long established on both radio and television and has proven himself to be a highly versatile broadcaster and, most importantly, a firm favourite with audiences across the country.
His Savage Sunday show took that slot to its highest ever ratings with 110,000 listeners. Anton is a regular MC at AGM’s, award ceremonies and Conferences, including the European People’s Party European Convention, which was addressed by the heads of dozens of EU Member States including the German Chancellor, Spanish Prime Minister and President of the European Council and Bono.
Anton is a very experienced presenter and one of our most popular hosts. He chairs conferences and events and is a regular MC at AGM’s, award ceremonies and conferences. His easy presenting style and wonderful ability to inform and communicate important conference messages to an audience transfers very easily into the corporate sector where he has hosted many events for clients including Vodafone and Barry Group to name a few.
